Lethal Ape Experience Item Value Tiers
A pickup philosophy for a beta whose store names tools but still hides in-run prices.
Lethal Ape Experience now has an official Roblox store catalog. Pass text names Radar, Speed Potion, Noise Maker, Sonar, Flashlight, and shop speed boosts. That is vocabulary, not a finished gold spreadsheet. Other ape games still have ingots, sodas, and clone gadgets with numbers attached. Copying those numbers here would be fan fiction. This tier list ranks how to think about objects in the Breet Studios beta.
In-run prices can still move. Use this page with shop and passes and How to Escape — value only matters if you leave with it.
S — Information and exits
A door you opened, a landmark you tagged, a cue you identified: those are the S-tier “items.” They persist in your head after a wipe. No hunter can loot them off your corpse. The monster cues tool is how you store them.
A key, badge, or switch that opens a new wing — if the build includes one — is also S. Use it, then extract. Do not tour the new wing at the end of a tired run.
A — Compact valuables near a known exit
If the beta drops scrap, crystals, or handheld loot, the A-tier rule is density plus distance. A shiny object in a two-exit room next to your spine path is worth a walk. The same object in a Forest ditch you have not mapped is not. The forest map loop exists so A-tier loot can exist at all.
Do not invent a ruby-versus-emerald chart. If two objects stack, take the one that lets you keep a hand free for doors.
B — Consumables you have tested once
Speed Potion, Flashlight, Sonar, and Noise Maker are named in official pass text. They are still B until you have tested one in a safe light, not in a chase. A consumable that makes noise is a C pretending to be an A. Infinite Speed Boost is the same rule with a Robux receipt.
Game passes are B at best. They do not teach the mix. Buy them if you like the look after you can survive. The review is clear about optional spending.
C — Center-of-room glitter and “one more pickup”
The object in the middle of a new lab is bait for ambush types. The object you grab after you already said reset is how extracts fail. C-tier is not “bad loot.” It is loot that costs the run.
F — Other wikis’ shopping lists
Monster Radar for 35 gold. Culio soda. Clone gear. GusAnnoyer. Those strings belong to a different Roblox place. Pasting them into your plan for Lethal Ape Experience is how you waste a session looking for a kiosk that is not here. See the review for the split.
Scripts that auto-loot are not an item tier. They are an account decision on the auto farm page.
A one-run experiment
Play a session where you pick up nothing except information. If you live longer, your deaths were greed. If you die the same way, your deaths were hunter types — go back to the monster tier list.
When Breet Studios prints prices, this page will get numbers. Until then, the most valuable object in the facility is the exit you can still name.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is the best item in Lethal Ape Experience?
A known exit. Confirmed handhelds are still settling in beta. Do not trust gold tables from other ape games.
Is there a shop?
Yes. Official pass text names Radar, potions, noise makers, sonar, and flashlights. In-run prices can still move. See the shop page.
Should I buy game passes first?
No. Learn the mix first. Cosmetics do not replace headphones.
Do I drop loot on death?
Assume yes until the studio says otherwise. That is why extract timing matters.
